Anthony to the position of Director of Budget and Management services. Since 2011, Ms. Anthony served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Chicago Park District. She began her post-military career in 1995 as a Cook County Correctional Officer and also held roles in public finance with the City of Chicago before becoming Director of the Office of Management and Budget for the Chicago Park District in 2006. Ms. Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Master of Public Administration from Governors State University.
