Darryl Reed made Palos Park his home in 2001; and WHEREAS, He served on the Palos Park Certified Local Government Task Force from 2003-2005; and WHEREAS, Continuing his role serving residents, he joined the Palos Park Village Council as a Commissioner in 2011, remaining in that position for 15 dedicated years; and WHEREAS, Serving as a Palos Park Village Council Commissioner, G. Darryl Reed set an example for many, never losing sight of his goal to maintain accountability and transparency in Village government; and WHEREAS, Through service, compassion, and dedication to maintaining open lines of communication with Village residents, Commissioner G.
