In accordance with the Ordinance, the Cook County Bar Association, the Black Women Lawyers' Association of Greater Chicago, the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois, and the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Illinois agreed to convene a nominating committee tasked with the responsibility to recommend qualified candidates.
