(a) Short title. This section shall be known and may be cited as the Children's Curfew Ordinance. (b) Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this section, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: Child means any person, male or female who has not reached their 17th birthday is considered, for purposes of this section only, to be a child or children as the case may be.
