Moore attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law at night while teaching during the day; and WHEREAS, Thomas S. Moore, after law school graduation became the law clerk to Judge Frank McGarr of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois; and WHEREAS, Thomas S.
