Roach retired in May of 2017 after 12 years of admirable and exemplary service as Clerk of the City of Burbank; and WHEREAS, Patricia “Pat” E. Roach served on the Moraine Valley Community College Board for 13 years; and WHEREAS, Patricia “Pat” E. Roach served in the General Assistance Department in Stickney Township; and WHEREAS, in 2005, Patricia “Pat” E. Roach was elected Clerk in the City of Burbank; and WHEREAS, the City of Burbank, a 4.17 square mile community first incorporated in 1970, has benefited immeasurably from the administrative skills of Patricia “Pat” E. Roach; and WHEREAS, throughout her career, Patricia “Pat” E.
