Summary: This contract increase will address a change in scope that expands TRIRIGA access beyond its original user base, and will now include consultants, service providers, vendors, and users from other agencies and departments who participate in asset management, facilities management, maintenance operations, capital planning, and project delivery activities.
This amendment will also ensure sufficient licensing capacity, continued vendor support, technical expertise, and enhancement services necessary to support the growing user community and evolving business needs.
Approval of this amendment will enable the BAM to maintain uninterrupted operations, improve cross-departmental collaboration, support future process and technology improvements, and fully realize the benefits of its investment in IBM TRIRIGA throughout the remaining term of the contract.
This contract was awarded through Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures in accordance with Cook County Procurement Code. eCIFM Solutions Inc. was selected based on established evaluation criteria.
