Summary: This request seeks approval to renew and increase the Clarity Partners contract to support the expanded set of services required by the Clerk’s Office for FY2026 and FY2027. The funding will cover completion of the remaining enhancements to the Cashiering Project implementation- including the launch of iASWorld- as well as ongoing maintenance and support for the Cashiering, Content Management, and Accounting Systems. This includes upgrading the OnBase environment.
This increase and three of five, one-year renewal options will allow the Cook County Clerk to continue to receive coverage of the completion of the Cashiering project implementation services.
This contract was awarded through a publicly advertised Request for Proposals (RFP) process, in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code. Clarity Partners, LLC was selected based on established evaluation criteria.
