At the direction of the Bureau of Technology (BOT), Guidehouse has worked closely with Tyler Technologies, offices of the Assessor, Clerk and Treasurer to plan and track activities related to the IPTS implementation. Since April 2019, Guidehouse has delivered Program and Project Management services, and they have had a positive impact on a complex system implementation with Tyler Technologies and the property elected offices. An amendment is required for Guidehouse to continue providing services in support of the IPTS implementation. BOT will continue to work in close collaboration with all property agencies to help complete the IPTS implementation. Guidehouse provides project and program management, including quality assurance support to drive the County’s desired outcomes.

This contract was awarded through a Comparable Government Procurement pursuant to Section 34-140 of the Procurement Code. Guidehouse, Inc was previously awarded a contract through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process through the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA), a national government purchasing cooperative in cooperation with the Region 14 Education Service Center, Abilene, Texas.
