This contract provides for construction management services for the Franklin Avenue/Green Street improvement from York Road to County Line Road located in the Villages of Bensenville and Franklin Park, all in accordance with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) requirements.
Services include oversight in construction supervision, inspection and documentation in pre-construction, construction, and post construction phases. The Consultant will provide qualified individuals who will work under the direction and guidance of the Department's Bureau of Construction in various roles. Roles include project manager, resident engineer, assistant resident engineer, inspector, and others as required.
