Summary: The Bureau of Technology is respectfully requesting authorization for the Chief Procurement Officer to add scope and increase the not-to-exceed amount for the contract with Guidehouse LLP to provide project management services related to the County's ongoing Integrated Property Tax and Mass Appraisal System. The scope included in this amendment was developed in consultation with the County's property tax agencies. Guidehouse LLP will provide critical project management support to the property tax agencies and will assist with the agencies' responsibility to manage County personnel for IPTS tasks and test vendor deliverables.
