Summary: The Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sheriff’s Office and Department of Revenue request authorization for the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into and execute a contract with the System Innovators to provide maintenance and technical support for the existing iNovah software currently in use for the revenue/cashiering system in three County agencies. The County was able to obtain cost savings of a 1.5% in annual support and maintenance fees by negotiating a five-year support and obtain consistent service levels for all three agencies.
