Incorporated as Landlord and County of Cook, a body corporate and politic of the State of Illinois, as Tenant, for approximately 347 square feet of office space and additional use of common areas in 5100 W. Harrison Street, Chicago, Illinois.  The use is for Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office Community Justice Center (CJC), to proactively engage with community members and the police to address repeat offenders and violent offenders to curtail the disruption to the quality of life in the respective communities The CJC will house Assistant State’s Attorneys, a community outreach professional, and an administrative assistant.
