Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the City of Countryside. The City will be the lead agency for preliminary and design engineering for a shared-use path on the south side of Joliet Road between Wolf Road and East Avenue. The County will reimburse the City for its share of preliminary and design engineering costs.
