Summary: This vendor will provide and install rugged modems into all Sheriff’s Police patrol vehicles, which will allow peripherals to establish a secure connection to our network. This will allow for better connectivity, incident scene wide hot spots, and remote uploading of camera footage.
Competitive bidding procedures were followed in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code. CDW Government LLC, was the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder.
