Summary:  The Bureau of Technology, the Justice Advisory Council, and the Juvenile Temporary Detention Center (JTDC) respectfully request that the board approve contract number 1418-13665, which will replace the JTDC's current juvenile resident management information system with a more robust, flexible, and scalable solution.  The new solution will be part of the quality control and data requirements needed to bring the JTDC into full compliance with a current court order and facilitate JTDC's transition to the Office of the Chief Judge.  Competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) procedures were followed in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code. Tribridge Holdings, Inc. LLC was selected based on established evaluation criteria.
