Summary: The translation services budget exceeded the annual allocation of $25,000.00 by $1,201.40 due to continued use of Inlingo services by call center staff. Although we had requested Inlingo to discontinue service for our employees, some call center staff still had access and continued using the platform. Once we identified the continued usage, we confirmed with Inlingo that all employee access had been deactivated. The service was fully removed, and all staff were transitioned to Language Line.
