Summary: The Circuit Court of Cook County received federal grant funding from the U.S. Department of Justice to improve the response of the justice system for families with a history of interpersonal violence. As part of this effort, the Court is collaborating with the Loyola University Chicago to establish and operate a supervised child visitation center to serve families impacted by domestic violence and ordered by the court to conduct child visitation/exchange. The contract is funded fully by the federal award. This is a Sole Source pursuant to Section 34-139 of the Cook County Procurement Code.end
