Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed Agreement between the County and the City of Hickory Hills. The City of Hickory Hills will be responsible for maintenance of sidewalk within the municipal limits of the City, maintenance of bus pad, maintenance of Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption System, maintenance of sign and Landscaping and maintenance of City owned lighting.
