SC2 is an initiative uniting community-based organizations (CBOs), nonprofits, funders, civic leaders, and public agencies to engage individuals most at risk of violence through targeted, evidence-informed CVI strategies. The purpose of this Agreement is to support the sharing of data among the Parties such as program grant reporting data and funding data to enhance and foster the exchange of said data for research and strategic planning purposes.
