Summary: The Cook County Sheriff's Office is requesting authorization to renew and increase the contract with Clarity Partners, LLC, for the Sheriff's Office Records Management System.
This second and final renewal will allow the continuation of current development and maintenance services and the addition of new functionality. The cost increase is due to additional development and managerial staff, increase in development hours for new functionality and an increase in hours to support multiple Cook County law enforcement agencies which will be utilizing this system.
