Summary: The Bureau of Human Resources (BHR) requests authorization for the Chief Procurement Officer to extend and increase the contract for Employee Assessment and Advisory Services with Gallup, Inc.
Under this contract, Gallup Inc. will provide BHR with licenses for Gallup’s web-based workplace survey platform for the administration of an engagement survey to all Offices under the President. Additionally, Gallup Inc. will provide advisory services to support the implementation of the employee engagement survey.
This contract was awarded through a Sole Source Procurement pursuant to Section 34-139 of the Cook County Procurement Code.
