Due to challenges in recruiting amid a competitive job market and the low voter turnout during the Consolidated Suburban Elections, we were unable to fill several vacant positions. As a result, the Election Administration - Salaries and Wages of Seasonal/Per Diem Employee account experienced a surplus. No other accounts were consolidated, as we anticipate minimal to no surplus in those areas.
