The Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender is looking to partner with an academic institution or firm that can conduct a workload assessment to inform our budget and staffing needs assessment, as established by the ABA, Rand, and NCSC standards, and develop a data tool to allow for the public defender to do future calculations in-house.
