On 11/5/14, bids to supply and install bronze laminated glass for the Juvenile Temporary Detention Center. Arlington Glass and Mirror Company was the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder. Replacement of the glass requires swing stage/special equipment and is beyond the height that in-house staff can service safely.
