Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between Cook County and Hanover Township.
Cook County will be the lead agency for Construction and Construction Engineering Services of Pavement Rehabilitation Improvements along various roadways throughout Rolling Knolls Subdivision within Unincorporated Hanover Township. The County will use funds from Hanover Township’s MFT Account for construction costs estimated at $611,089.00. The Township shall reimburse the County for provision of construction engineering services ($30,554.00) using their local funds after completion of the project.
