Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed contract between the County and Builders Paving, LLC, Hillside, Illinois. This contract provides for preliminary engineering services including Phase I or Part A studies for intersections, small roadway segments, roadway corridors or bridges.
