Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed Appropriating Resolution for funds to be used with the University of Illinois at Chicago Urban Transportation Center and the Center for Neighborhood Technology. The resolution is for appropriating funds to partner with the University of Illinois at Chicago Urban Transportation Center (UIC UTC) and the Center for Neighborhood Technology (CNT) to perform an analysis of our Department’s Invest in Cook Grant Program to assess the extent to which the program achieves the goal of advancing equity. .end
