This contract is awarded through a publicly advertised competitive bidding process in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code, whereby the Bid included 11 Groups of Anvil Plumbing Supplies catalogs that bidders could submit a Bid. Per the Bid, bidders could submit a bid for one or more Groups. Further, per the Bid, bidders provided their discount off each catalog so that the responsive and responsible bidder with the highest percentage discount off catalog pricing would be awarded the contract, per Group.
