Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the Proposed Amendment between the County and Azteca Systems LLC, Sandy, Utah. This contract with Azteca Systems for their Cityworks Asset Management Server (AMS) provides CCDOTH's Maintenance Bureau with an automated process to accommodate a streamlined response for citizen service requests, work order assignments, and maintenance activity tracking and performance reporting. AMS facilitates work order management that encompasses personnel allocation and equipment assignment, accounting of material usage and reporting functionality that provides accurate and timely budgeting and performance measurement.
