Goods or Services: The Sheriff of Kendall County provides boarding and lodging to individuals in custody from the Cook County Department of Corrections at a rate of $75.00 per day, plus medical expenses for up to three (3) individuals in custody

Summary: Authorization for the County of Cook on behalf of the Cook County Sheriff’s Office to enter into and execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with the County of Kendall on behalf of the Sheriff of Kendall County to provide boarding and lodging as needed to individuals in custody from the Cook County Department of Corrections at a rate of $75.00 per day, per individual and payment of each sum in total shall be made monthly by Cook County. Also Cook County shall be responsible for costs associated with medical services that will include all necessary medical, optical, dental, prescriptive, psychiatric and psychological care.
