Summary:  The Vendor shall provide professional capital asset program management services, as directed by DCPP, to support DCPP in overseeing Professional Design Service Firms (Firms), Construction Contractors (Contractors), and related contracted consultants, who are procured by the County. Services also include professional program level ADA consulting, cost control, and construction and design management to support the Build Up Cook Program portfolio.

 

This contract is awarded through Request for Qualifications (RFQ) procedures in accordance with Cook County Procurement Code.  <Vendor> was selected based on established evaluation criteria.
