Summary: Authorization for the County of Cook on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office to enter into and execute an Eighth Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, to provide funding to allow agencies to expand participation in the Prescription Drug Take-Back Program as follows:
Up to $76,406.62 annually for the personnel and administrative costs associated with operating the program.
