Summary: This increase and second of three (3) one-year renewal options will allow the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer to continue to receive on-going licenses, maintenance, support and hosting services for the contract management system which is being used County-wide since its implementation in 2012.
Gimmal Solutions’ system was originally selected to implement a Contract Management System to provide a web-based application for all County User Agencies to view all phases of procurement development; records and document management; and storage of contract documents.
This is a Sole Source Procurement pursuant to Section 34-139 of the Cook County Procurement Code.
