Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed agreement between the County and Metropolitan Water Reclamation District (MWRD), Illinois. MWRD will be the lead agency for administration, implementation and management of ARPA Program of stormwater mitigation projects in Cook County. The County will reimburse MWRD for its share of administration, implementation and management costs for the projects.
