Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement with the Village of Chicago Ridge and the County. The County will be the lead agency for Ridgeland Avenue Bus Route 384 Bus Pads project and will prepare the final plans, specifications and contract documents, advertise and receive bids, award the construction contract, provide Phase III Engineering Inspections and cause the project to be constructed in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. The Village of Chicago Ridge shall reimburse the County for its share of Construction and Phase III Engineering costs for said improvements. The estimated total Village cost is $15,000.00.
