Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Village of Robbins, Robbins, Illinois. The work being done in the Village is a part of the Village’s 2020 Street Patching Program. The funds will assist the Village with saw cutting the existing pavement and replacing it with hot mix asphalt, and making improvements to the curb and sidewalk areas as needed at various locations throughout the Village. These locations throughout the Village have been identified as high need to improve and provide a safe and sustainable highway.
