Summary: The Social Service Department provides the court-ordered objective evaluations for all DUI cases throughout Cook County, as required by Illinois Administrative Code 2060. Behavioral Consultants International (BCI) met all of the requirements specified in the RFP Scope of Services. BCI will provide the screening services of justice involved individuals, to include: self-administered software based objective testing that screens offenders for alcohol/drug use, cognitive function, thought content, affective content, and risk to recidivism.
This contract is awarded through Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures in accordance with Cook County Procurement Code. Behavior Consultants International was selected based on established evaluation criteria.
