Summary: Currently, CCSO provides answering services for ARC’s after-hours, weekend and holiday calls, while an outside vendor provided services during business hours. This proposed intergovernmental agreement will allow CCSO to perform all answering services, answering and routing ARC calls for service, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. The CCSO will provide detailed business hours and after-hours statistical reporting to ARC for all calls received. ARC agrees to a quarterly budget chargeback based on the fee schedule for services rendered by CCSO. Through this agreement, ARC will receive better customer service for a reduced cost.
