Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the Proposed Contract Amendment between the County and H.W. Lochner, Inc., Chicago, Illinois. This contract provides for construction management services in accordance with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) requirements. The Services include oversight in construction supervision, inspection and documentation in pre-construction, construction and post construction phases.
