Title: JOB ORDER CONTRACT Department: Office of Capital Planning and Policy Summary: This project will be completed using the JOC program. The Gordian Group will manage the JOC process and will verify that all proposals and work are compliant with the terms and conditions outlined in the Job Order Contraction contract with the County. Project Descriptions: The existing Officer's Dining Room at the Department of Corrections (DOC) Division V is currently not being utilized. The Department of Corrections, Office of Capital Planning and Policy and CBM/Buona Beef have been working together to renovate the existing kitchen and dining room space to provide a central meeting place for DOC staff to dine. This space will not only provide food service to the current DOC staff, but will also generate revenue for the County.
