Summary: The Cook County Sheriff’s Office is requesting authorization for the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into and execute a contract with Lexipol, LLC, Fresno, Texas to continue to provide Policy Dissemination Management System services. These services enable the Sheriff’s Office to rapidly disseminate office-wide policies and procedures to all personnel.
This is a Comparable Government Procurement pursuant Section 34-140 of the Procurement Code. Lexipol was previously awarded a contract through a Request for Proposal process through Sourcewell, a national government purchasing cooperative of the State of Minnesota. Cook County wishes to leverage this procurement effort.
