Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully submits a copy of its Annual Facility Inspection Report for the NPDES Permit for Stormwater Discharges from MS4 for reporting year ending March 2026. Each year, the Department is required to submit an annual report to the IEPA detailing efforts being made to maintain compliance with General NPDES Permit Number ILR40 as outlined in the Department’s Stormwater Management Program. ILR40 requires a permittee work to reduce pollutants associated with stormwater runoff being discharged to any surface water of the State.
