Summary/Notes:  The Inclusive Economy Lab (IEL) of the University of Chicago has agreed to provide a process and outcome evaluation of the Cook County Justice Advisory Council’s ARPA funded Cook County Reconnect: Rental Assistance and Wraparound Supports for Returning Resident’s program. This agreement provides that IEL will collect, consolidate, and analyze data from the service providers to the Reconnect Program and the Justice Advisory Council for the purpose of this evaluation. The agreement details roles and responsibilities related to the data elements to be shared, data transfer, data storage, the use of work product, and the use of data in research products.
