Title: PROPOSED RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BANK SIGNATURES WHEREAS, the Cook County Board of Commissioners has the legal authority to authorize departments and offices to open and maintain checking accounts at various banks; and WHEREAS, it is now necessary to update those persons who are authorized signers on the accounts maintained for the Adult Probation Department of the Circuit Court of Cook County. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cook County Board of Commissioners does hereby authorize that the two (2) checking accounts at BMO Harris Bank N.A. be updated; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following persons are authorized to sign checks: 1. Megan Volker 2. Brenski Coleman BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following name as signer on the accounts be deleted: 1. John Hourihane, Jr.

WHEREAS, the Cook County Board of Commissioners has the legal authority to authorize departments and offices to open and maintain checking accounts at various banks; and

 

WHEREAS, it is now necessary to update those persons who are authorized signers on the accounts maintained for the Adult Probation Department of the Circuit Court of Cook County.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cook County Board of Commissioners does hereby authorize that the two (2) checking accounts at BMO Harris Bank N.A. be updated; and
