Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests Approval of the Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Village of Hoffman Estates. The County will be participating with the Village for Phase II Engineering, Construction, and Phase II Engineering for two projects. The first is a structural overlay of Clover Lane and the second is construction of a share-use path along Shoe Factory Road from the Canadian Nation Railway tracks to Illinois Route 59.
