Summary: This Contract will provide A/E services for the design of the new District Maintenance Facility at 2222 Hammond Dr. (Schaumburg) for the Department of Transportation and Highways (DOTH) and for the improvements of the existing communications tower at 2325 N. Meacham Rd. (Schaumburg) for the Cook County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO). This project includes a redevelopment agreement between Cook County and the Village of Schaumburg, which was executed in January 2025.
This vendor was selected pursuant to a publicly advertised Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code in which HDR Architecture, Inc. was selected as the most qualified firm. DCPP is requesting authorization to execute the subject contract with the vendor.
