Summary: The Bureau of Technology is requesting approval to extend by one year without any increase or additional scope of services a contract with Saldemar Solutions, LLC. Saldemar's services included developing requirements, procedures and guidelines for five technology procurements. The following Saldemar-assisted initiatives are complete: (1) the Interactive Voice Response system contract with Adapt; (2) the information security consulting contract with SunGard and (3) the Board of Review's document management system contract with DataBank, which the Bureau of Technology is presenting for Board approval at this Board meeting. The last two Saldemar-assisted initiatives are near completion: the Bureau of Technology's website redesign contract (targeted for 9/2014 Board approval) and the integrated property tax system contract (RFP issued on 6/30/2014). end
