Summary: This second of two (2), one (1) year renewal options will allow the Department of Facilities Management to continue to receive maintenance and service for the centrifugal, multi-stack and screw chillers at the following Cook County facilities: Skokie, Rolling Meadows, Maywood, Bridgeview and Markham Courthouses, 118 N. Clark, the Domestic Violence Court Building and Juvenile Temporary Detention Center.
This contract was awarded through competitive bidding procedures in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code. Anchor Mechanical, Inc. was the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder.
