Summary: RAILS is a regional library system which serves approximately 1250 private, public, school and university library agencies in Illinois. In 2025, RAILS was awarded 850,000 in Equity Funds to support the utilization of digital navigators as part of the County’s Digital Equity Action plan. This no-cost extension is meant to continue research and outreach to put sustainable practices in place for the Digital Navigator Network project.
